You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the College's students and staff to deliver a first-rate customer service, focusing on student success. Work cohesively with the Digital Transformation team and Learning Environments staff to ensure that students can access resources and support at all times.
Required SkillsThe successful applicant will have experience of administration and hold level 3 qualification We are looking for someone who can use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) has good planning and organisational skills, can work on their own initiative and has excellent customer service skills.
