Within the range of £37,584 to £42,201 per annum
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


We are seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to join our Progress Tutor team. This role involves developing topic-driven Continuing Professional Development for Progress Tutors, designing and delivering innovative Personal Development material for learners, and supporting the Head of Student Personal Development and Enrichment to meet key assessments and planned college activities.


The Coordinator's responsibilities will overlap with standard Progress Tutor activities, including delivering PD sessions and completing Progress Reviews. You will also support the development of the Student Union and assist with Adult Personal Development initiatives.


This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage key dates and data collection effectively. You will complement the strengths of the Head of Student Personal Development and Enrichment by focusing on day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and projects.
