Training Coordinator - Early Years and Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part Time (0.5) Training Coordinator - Early Years and Teaching Assistant to join The Bedford College Group in Leighton Buzzard.

As a Training Coordinator you play an important role in the success of our students by working on the following tasks:
  • To coordinate the training for work based provision
  • To deliver and assess knowledge and competence components for apprentices and work based learners
  • To ensure that tracking systems for work based learners are updated regularly and accurately
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with employers and classroom based tutors to ensure regular communication about performance and progress
  • Deliver bespoke commercial courses in the workplace and at college
Ideal candidates will have experience and knowledge and Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS, 2021) including taking responsibility of any alterations or reviews of the Early Years Sector, alongside the following qualifications:
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Early Years Qualification
  • English and Mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.
  • TAQA L3 or equivalent qualification (or be working towards)
