  • 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Commencing September 2024
  • Salary: £23,114 per annum (Actual Salary £20,124 per annum)
Are you detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving? One Sixth Form College is looking for a dynamic Student Services Administrator to join our team!

As a Student Services Administrator, you will support the Head of Pastoral Care, the PPT Team, and students with a wide range of administrative tasks. You will act as a liaison between students, staff, and external organizations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes. Monitoring the student absence line and updating attendance records will be a key part of your role, along with providing effective administrative support for the College Disciplinary process. Handling sensitive situations with discretion and leading First Aid Triage are also essential responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, judgmental, creative, and developmental problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make day-to-day decisions within a clear framework. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
