About the role

We have a new position within our Recharge catering in-house outlet for a front of house manager based at Merrist Wood college.

This exciting hands-on role is to line manage, supervise, motivate, co-ordinate and support a small food service team in our busy food outlet whilst providing excellent customer service, food and refreshments to our students and staff.

What do you need to be a successful Front of house Manager at Activate Learning?

You will need to be a great multi-tasker, confident team leader & positive communicator whilst being able to prioritize duties to support the Chef Manager and chef de partie.

Previous experience managing a team & customer service in the hospitality industry is essential.

The role is permanent, term time only, 35 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3pm with flexibility to support additional functions and events in the evenings and weekends with prior notice and remuneration.
