Post 1: 7.2 hours per week, Fixed term until 31 August 2025

Post 2: 14.4 hours per week, Fixed term until 31 August 2025

£32,732 - £39,096 per annum pro rata

City College is seeking qualified and experienced Youth Workers to develop and implement a new Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship programme.

It is essential that you hold a JNC endorsed Degree in Youth Work and have experience of practice. You academic and vocational skills and knowledge will enable you to liaise with a broad range of employers and expert practitioners to design a full degree programme which meets the requirements of the UEA as our validating partner and the Education Training Standards as part of the National Youth Agency approval.

Working with experienced HE colleagues you will ensure that the new programme is ready for first teaching from September 2025.

Engaging employers and stakeholders in design and delivery is a key aspect of the role.
