1.0 FTE (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

From £22,806 - £24,177 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an Examinations Administrator, ideally to start as soon as possible. This busy role involves assisting with the day to day administration of examination and assessment processes. You will take responsibility for your designated area, dealing primarily Functional Skills and ESOL, liaising with curriculum staff, registering learners, booking exams online and paper, create exam documentation and ensure they run in accordance with strict regulations. Some flexible hours to be worked as necessary in order to facilitate evening exams on a rota basis with other Exams Team members.

Applicants should ideally have experience in exams office administration, be highly motivated and have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Excellent communication, customer service skills and attention to detail are essential along with experience of Microsoft applications (word and excel).
