We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hairdressing Lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive hairdressing courses to our Apprentices, preparing them for successful careers in the industry. You will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor Apprentices, fostering their creativity and technical skills.
In this role you will be assessing the following Apprenticeship programmes from Level 2 Hair Professional and The Hair Professional Apprenticeship Standard.
We have high standards for our students in the tracking and recording of work and assessments so you will need to be well organised and efficient. If you have been working in an environment where you are used to giving feedback constructively and setting challenging but realistic targets, that would be beneficial when applying for this job.
