An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Reception team; we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing excellent front of house service.  You will get the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing a high level of customer service to all clients and students both face to face and over the telephone. This is a varied role with periods of very high demand, you will gain significant experience about the operational perspective of a large organisation and responding appropriately to a wide variety of enquiries and situations. This role would be ideal for a person with a strong background in providing customer care who is committed to supporting both young people and adults to access opportunities that will transform their lives. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly self-motivated, results driven, possesses good communication skills and who is passionate about improving the lives of people and communities  . The role will provide the right individual with variety, challenge and great satisfaction in being a part of an excellent team and organisation.
