An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Reception team; we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing excellent front of house service.  You will get the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing a high level of customer service for face to face clients and students.  The reception team also operate a professional telephone service for the College. This is a varied role with lots of exciting skill development opportunities, you will learn a lot about the operational perspective of a large organisation and responding appropriately to a wide variety of enquiries and situations. This role would be ideal for a responsible person with a mature outlook who is looking to develop their career in a customer facing role as well as developing significant administrational skills and experience.  The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly self-motivated, results driven, possesses good communication skills and who is keen to improve customer service skills to outstanding. The role will provide the right individual with variety, challenge and great satisfaction in being a part of an excellent organisation.
