An exciting opportunity is available within the College’s Learning Support and Resources Department. We are looking for an Apprentice Learning Resource Facilitator who can help us on our journey to outstanding. Our Learning Resource Centres are continuously adapting to meet the needs of the modern learner.  We require an enthusiastic individual who can help us provide exceptional levels of support to all our learners.

The role requires strong communication skills, a desire to work with a range of staff and students and the capacity and willingness to learn to advise and guide on a range of digital and printed resources to support teaching and learning. You will help the LRC Team to support both staff and learners with their use of resources within our Learning Resource Centres and also remotely via our virtual learning environment. General duties will include helping to maintain the smooth day to day running of the centres, administrative work and supporting initiatives to raise the profile of the LRCs and learner engagement generally. You should have solid IT and literacy skills.
